SMT employ proven and documented installation procedures and processes to ensure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Site Survey
SMT will survey your site prior to preparing a network installation proposal in order to ensure the
completed system fully meets your business requirements. The site survey allows us to assess your requirements, the layout of your premises, what equipment your may require and how the work will be scheduled.
Project Management
Your installation will be made the responsibility of a dedicated project manager who ensures it is completed to specification and on time. By liaising between the various suppliers, SMT ensures your entire project is co-ordinated and managed precisely.
The Installation
As Molex Certified installers, our engineers are fully trained to provide you with a neat and reliable installation. We install your network cabling using set procedures ensuring that cables are properly located, secured, labelled and undamaged, and that all equipment is correctly mounted, connected and configured. We always endeavour to complete your installation in the shortest possible time with the minimum of disruption to the day to day running of your business.
Customer Satisfaction
In order to maintain the high standards of our engineers we also send you a CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FORM for each installation. You will be asked to complete and return the form to us allowing us to maintain complete customer satisfaction at all times.
